Marcia Gay Harden
Marcia Gay Harden was born on August 14 1959, in La Jolla, California, her third child from five. Beverly Bushfield is her mom,, and Thad Harden who was serving in the military service, was the father. Her family often relocated. In the time they resided in Greece, she became interested with theater and went to Athens performances. Harden began college in Europe in American colleges and eventually moved to the US and completed her master's degree at University of Texas. In 1983, Harden earned her MFA from NYU. Miller's Crossing was the Coen Brothers hilarious satirical tribute to the 1990 gangster movie, Miller's Crossing. Although Harden was in films from 1986 (in the less-known The Imagemaker), she played a seductive woman in the film as her debut mainstream role. Harden received praise by critics for her stunning performance as Verna. Harden kept working hard as a supporting actor, acting as Ava Gardner in Sinatra (92), the television biopic about Frank Sinatra.
