Farrah L. Fawcett is an American actor, singer, model and artist is well known for her character as Apostle in the film. She was born in Corpus Christi, Texas, the actress began her career by appearing in commercials. She has also appeared as an actress in tv shows such as 'I Dream Of Jeannie' and 'The Flying Nun'. She had her first film performance with a tiny role on her role in the French movie Love is a Funny Thing. She was internationally recognized for her iconic red swimsuit which became the top selling poster of all time. Her appearances in well-known TV as well as film productions made her a household name as a sexy symbol of the industry. It was highly appreciated that she was a Private Detective in the Crime Drama series "Charlie's Angels". Three women were employed by Los Angeles' private detective agency. Besides playing glamorous roles in the show, she also gained a reputation for taking up dramatic roles such as the character of a battered woman in the TV movie, 'The Burning bed. Her name was placed at 26th in TV Guide's "50 greatest TV celebrities of all time'. In 1989, aged 59, she was found to be suffering from anal cancer. She passed away three years following.
